Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, pleasing personality, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanorAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entrySchedule appointmentsAssist other departments with administrative support as neededRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within UAE is mandatoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyProfessional appearance and demeanor.Must be available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.Preferable if the candidate is able to join immediately.
