Job Description
·Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry, Open Account Trade Products, and 10+ experience in banking.
·Domain experience in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance with knowledge if SCF product is a must e.g. Buyer Led Supplier Finance, Factoring /Reverse Facotring , Invoice/Cheque Discounting etc. )
Product Vision and Strategy:
·Develop a clear and compelling product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
·Create and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the planned features and enhancements over time.
·Identify new opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Requirements Gathering and Definition:
·Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyse product requirements.
·Transform user needs and business goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
·Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
·Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
·Facilitate meetings, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demo sessions, to keep the team focused and on track.
·Clarify requirements and provide timely feedback to the development team during the development process.
Product Development and Delivery:
·Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features.
·Conduct acceptance testing to verify that delivered features meet the specified acceptance criteria.
·Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the development process.
Product Performance and Improvement:
·Analyze product metrics and user feedback to evaluate product performance and customer satisfaction.
·Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the product’s functionality and user experience.
·Continuously monitor the product’s competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Risk Management:
·Anticipate potential risks and challenges that could impact product development or delivery.
·Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure project success.
