Atribs Metscon Hiring for Assistant Manager, Acquiring Chargeback at Dubai Full Time

Job Description

• Reviewing & Releasing pre-arbitration, pre-compliance correctly on visa online, mastercom, diners xchange and within scheme regulations to ensure no losses to ni / merchant
• Retrieving & analysis of the supporting documents for chargebacks
• Processing of merchant its letters for copy requests & chargebacks received on a daily basis to ensure there is no time gap
• Reviewing & releasing representments to schemes
• Review and updating chargeback mis on a daily basis to ensure record correctness
• Review & release of financial batches, fee collection & funds disbursement for chargebacks; debiting merchants / write off to ensure financial entries are passed regularly
• Coordinating, advise & guidance to merchants, third party banks/ schemes & internal stakeholders for chargeback related queries
• Review and monitor filing of chargeback documents for future retrieval in compliance with ni-policies
• Review & implement changes in chargeback activities based on the bi-yearly changes in the scheme regulation to ensure compliance
• Ensure team work, work allocation during staff leave

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Experience:

2+ years of experience in a similar field

Language:
Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.

Additional skills

• MS Excel.
• Customer focused and should be able to work under pressure and should have an easygoing attitude with ability to multi task.
• Selfmotivated and Ability to manage the client and represent the client internally.
• Card Management System, Chargeback Rules & Regulations
• Knowledge of Chargeback Rules & Regulations for various Schemes such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners & JCB. PCI-DSS
