Job Summary

As a Bartender you will be responsible for managing multiple beverage orders within a fine dining environment, preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. In this role you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. You will maintain highest level of fine dining sequence of service and implement Michelin star environment values in your team.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 or similar bar course with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in an fine dining environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks, and have the confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele. Exposure withing Michelin star venue is desired as well as fluency in any of the European languages.
