As an Administrative Assistant, Retail, you will assist the Director and Retail Manager, in all administration tasks within the department, including reports. You will coordinate and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, superiors, and other departments.
Ideally, we would love if you have previous experience in a similar role within hospitality. You need to have excellent English communication skills, computer skills and strong administrative abilities. Experience in running finance reports is advantageous. You are also expected to have strong interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills.
