Job DescriptionATI is looking for a full-time SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Dubai Municipality Unlimited License holder) to join its Sharjah Office. The RoleAs a Senior Structural Engineer, you will assume responsibility for performing structural design, analysis and calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. You should be well organized and have strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out structural design & engineering calculations for concrete, steel and other types of structures, as required for the project, through all stages from the concept to detailed design stages, approvals, and tender/construction documentation.Coordinate work with other teams such as architectural, MEP, etc.Organize, prepare, and coordinate technical documents.Provide input and guidance to the design team and modelers for preparation of design, drawings, specifications and reports in line with the latest codes and standards. Review and check the design calculations, drawings, to ensure technical correctness and conformance to project requirements and authority requirements. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor or preferably Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.15+ Years of relevant experience in the delivery of complex high-profile projects within an international design consultancy.8+ years of relevant consultancy experience in the UAE.Dubai Municipality Unlimited license holder.High level of competency in ETABS, SAFE, Prokon, AutoCad, Revit.Strong knowledge of fundamental engineering principles and building component assemblies.Sound knowledge of building codes, standards, and other technical references.The ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to clients and other involved parties details of the project’s engineering/architectural issues.
