Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executives, managing expense reports, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceProficiency in managing Expense ReportsStrong Executive Support skillsExcellent Communication skillsOrganizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in the architecture or design industry is a plus
