Our client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Dubai, UAE looking for to recruit a dedicated and experienced gynecologist to diagnose and treat patients’ gynecological conditions. The gynecologist’s responsibilities include performing breast examinations, prescribing suitable medications, and identifying malignant tumors within the female reproductive system. You should also be able to advise patients on how to cope with the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause.

To be successful as a gynecologist, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in gynecology and use the best available treatments on patients. Ultimately, an exceptional gynecologist should be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure that doctor-patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing annual and regular examinations on patients to diagnose various gynecological conditions.
• Recording and updating patients’ medical histories.
• Advising patients on suitable birth control options.
• Performing various diagnostic tests on patients, which include Pap smears, STD tests, ultrasounds, hormone profile blood tests, colposcopies, and endometrial biopsies.
• Explaining test results, diagnoses, and treatment options to patients.
• Performing surgeries and gynecological procedures on patients, such as cervical cryosurgeries, dilation and curettages, pelvic laparoscopies, and sterilizations.
• Referring patients to other healthcare specialists / consultants as needed.
• Educating patients on reproductive health issues and disease prevention.

WORKING CONDITION

• Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
• Working Days: 6 Days / Week
• Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning and/or Afternoon Shifts
• Contract Period 2 Year Renewable
• Family Contract: Candidate, Wife or Husband and 2 Kids
• On Call Duties: Divided per the number of consultants

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Primary Medical Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD); Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS); Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or Equivalent from recognized by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
• 
  Training/Residency: completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• 
  Certification: Arab Board; Jordanian Board; AUB; USJ; Lebanese University and Others (DHA Tier 2 PQR)
• 
  License: Valid and active medical in specialty
• 
  Experience: Not Less Than 5 Years of independent experience in specialty

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Languages: English is a Must and Arabic is a Plus (Preferred)
• Age not to exceed 55 years old
• Gender: Female

SALARY AND BENEFITS

SALARY

• Gross Monthly Salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges)
  Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
