Our Client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Dubai, UAE seeking a Infectious Disease Consultant to join their Team and provide their patient with the best consultant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess ER and OPD patients and admit patients only to Hospital as per the delineated privileges
• Perform the duties and discharge responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Medical Executive and the Director of Clinical Service
• Complete documentation of medical charts and discharge summaries on timely basis, according to Medical Record guidelines and Medical Staff Bylaws
• Participate in specified health promotion, education and/or prevention programs
• Follow established HR and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards
• Participate in QI and utilization review activities of the hospital in compliance with JCI standards
• Serve on hospital clinical committees as assigned by the Chief Medical Executive
• Apply the clinical guidelines and critical pathways that are to be implemented in the hospital.
• Utilize properly the Hospital Information System and participate in the implementation of the Electronic Patient Records.
• Report all mortalities, morbidities, and incidents through the regular reporting channels
• Participate in teaching activities in the event the hospital affiliates with medical schools
• Participate in Scientific Grand rounds and attend those regularly

WORKING CONDITION

• Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
• Working Days: 6 Days / Week
• Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning and/or Afternoon Shifts
• On Call Duties: Divided per the number of consultants
• Contract Period 2 Years Renewable
• Probation Period 3 Months
• Over Time: applicable
• End of Service: According to Labor law

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Medical School: MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate Training: Completion of Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Infectious Disease
• Clinical Experience: Not Less than 4 years post Specialty Qualification
• License: DHA License is a Plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Gross Salary For Specialist AED 45,000 to 55,000 +/- (varies based on your Qualifications, Experience Level & Clinical Privileges)
• Monthly Gross Salary For Consultant AED 55,000 to 65,000 +/- (varies based on your Qualifications, Experience Level & Clinical Privileges)

• Contract Status: Single
• Minimum Guaranteed incentive is inclusive housing, transportation and airline tickets
• Annual Holiday: 10 Calendar days.
• Annual Vacation: 30 Calendar days
