ASTUDIO Looking for Office Manager at Dubai Full Time

ASTUDIO, a one-stop-shop production, and an award-winning digital creative agency is looking to employ a full-time Office Manager responsible for the smooth running of our dynamic creative, and growing office.

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general operating activities.

Responsibilities:

· The day-to-day running of the office

· Administrative support including rent, insurance, and license renewals

· Overlook the HR and recruitment functions

· Capable of creating and implementing policies, processes, and procedures

· Assistance with production and post-production coordination.

· Execute various administrative tasks including travel arrangements (domestic & International).

· Operation and organizational management and coordination.

· Manage & prioritze CEO calendar and schedule to ascertain that his time is focused on critical, strategic issues.

· Scheduling submission of expense reports, LPO’s and other correspondence.

· Maximise productivity rates by proactively providing feedback on operational concerns and product issues.

· Follow attainable project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule.

· Streamline communication to the CEO, monitor requests and identify those that require immediate attention.

· Develop, plan and implement legally adherent and cost-effective procedures for office operations.

Requirements:

· Dubai based only

· Available to join immediately

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

· Preferable background in advertising/production

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE

· Proven experience as an Office or Operations Manager or related office administrative positions

· Strong administrative and multi-tasking skills

· People-oriented and results-driven

· Attention to details

· Proficiency in using Mac and PC programs (pages, numbers, keynote)

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

· Must be comfortable with industry hours (not fixed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED12,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
