Overview:We are seeking a skilled Emirati (UAE National) with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and verify insurance information.Ensure patient registration forms are completed accurately and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.Adhere to all confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist.Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
