JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the company and projects comply with the required Health & Safety procedures and documents according to ASSA ABLOY and the Dubai municipality requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Oversee safety audit and inspection programs
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and take corrective action
- Encourage and create a high level of safety awareness
- Develop and execute health and safety plans and improvement process
- Prepare and enforce policies to institute the values of health and safety
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees, machinery, and operations
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics
9. Assess, identify, and eliminate all the potential risks to improve safety company-wide
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Degree in Business or Engineering or related fields (MBA is a plus factor).
- 5-year experience in the related field.
- 3-year experience in the same field/products.
- Comprehensive experience in Projects Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO.
