Assa Abloy Hiring for Projects Manager – KSA Job at Dubai Full Time

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Manage KSA Projects cycle, from Sales Order till project completion insuring the smooth workflow and timely completion.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide technical support to Sales team during the tendering stage insuring compliance with the project specifications
• Look after the project submittal process to meet the project requirement technical and budget wise
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments based on the clients templates
• Prepare sample request when needed, follow up the sample manufacturing with the Production and coordinate the sample approvals with the client
• Act as the point of contact with the client ensuring timely response for their concerns and attend business meetings
• Review, feedback and submit shop drawings and ensure that the approval is obtained from the authorized party
• Manage site surveys, door openings inspection to insure the site readiness

3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Engineering degree holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural
• 10-year experience in the same field/products
• Knowledgeable on AUTOCAD, Primavera software, MS Projects
• High level of computer skills
