- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (4+ years Degree)
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in technical maintenance with exposure to Facilities Management in the areas of civil Engineering preferably in Airports.
- Supervision of sub-contractors, buildings maintenance, renovation works, runway testing and commissioning, asphalt mil & overlay, friction test at runways, rubber removal from runways, pavement marking at runways taxiways & aprons.
- Planning and supervision of pavement cracks, deterioration, storm water system, protection barriers, fence and other infrastructure repairs.
- Work in office for different computer software i.e. Maximo, CAFM, MS Office etc. to ensure on time reporting and closeout of required tasks.
- Planning and supervision of building maintenance i.e. civil maintenance, fit out & painting works etc.
- Airport and airfield experience certification is a preference. Should be able to direct the team in building’s maintenance, should have experience in masonry, carpentry, & ironmongery works.
