Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Ø Proficient in Revit Architecture
Ø BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
Ø Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.
Ø Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
Ø Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Ø Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).
Ø Proficient in detail design – LOD200 – LOD500
Ø Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc.
Ø Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, and IN DESIGN is a plus.
Skills
General Skills and Info:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Ø 5-10 years of post-graduate experience
Ø Project delivery experience
Ø Must be in the UAE and can join immediately
