Are you experienced in Leadership, Management & Customer Service within a High-End Customer Experience Business?

We are looking for a polished, professional Operations or General Manager for a premium beauty clinic in Dubai. With a reputation for excellence and impeccable service, the salon’s standards are exceptionally high.

We are looking for a leader to help drive growth and success within the business, constantly improving the customer experience and satisfaction, driving strategy, operational excellence, and profits.

A record of success in a luxury spa, salon, retail, premium hospitality, or high-end customer experience environment based in the UK or Europe is essential, as is flawless English.

You may have worked within Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Mandarin Oriental, Savoy, Champneys, and Cliveden.

A diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy or Hospitality Management would be an advantage but is not essential. More important is great attention to detail and a desire to be the best.

Front of house, you will ensure guests are treated with consummate professionalism, and treatments are always of the highest quality.
You will confidently educate both guests and colleagues on the salon’s services and products. And using your interest in the beauty industry, you will continuously seek new ways to grow or improve the Clinic’s treatment, service, and product offering.

Leading by example, you will promote a healthy and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to boost morale and retention. Identifying areas where training is needed, you will facilitate training sessions that meet the salon’s high standards of treatments and customer service.

Behind the scenes, you will ensure the salon runs seamlessly, managing scheduling, stock control and general management of your team and the clinic.
