As an Art Director you will help manage our creative team and drive the development of compelling campaigns and design solutions for our clients. You will possess a blend of great management skills, creative talent, and a deep understanding of branding and design principles. This role offers the opportunity to manage and mentor junior creatives while also contributing to the conceptualization and execution of high-quality creative projects.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead and mentor a team of junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.Conceptualize and develop innovative creative concepts, campaigns, and design solutions that align with clients brand identities and objectives.Oversee the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations and project timelines.Work closely with the strategy team to develop brand strategies and positioning that effectively communicate clients messages and values to their target audiences.Provide strategic input and creative direction across various touchpoints, including branding, advertising, digital media, print collateral, and experiential activations.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising, and integrate innovative ideas into client projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art direction, visual arts or a related field.5 – 7 years of experience in a design or art direction role.Be able to fluently write and speak ArabicProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), editing software is a plus (Premier, After Effects)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.WHO YOU ARE:You are a positive person, you are motivated and passionate about the work you do.
