We are looking for Operational Supervisor with specific knowledge of the regulations set by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai. Experience in limousine company or rental car company is also preferable.Job Description:•Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s luxury vehicle fleet in accordance with RTA guidelines. •Train, and supervise a team of professional drivers, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations.•Enforce RTA-specific policies and procedures for drivers, emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.•Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with company’s set standard.•Ensure the company’s full compliance with RTA licensing, permits, and operational standards.•Develop and implement emergency response plans that aligns with Dubai Police or any other regulatory authority involve.Requirement•Familiarity with the car rental industry and an understanding of cost dynamics in UAE.•Experience in limousine company or rental car company is also preferable.•Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and guidelines pertaining to car rental (preferably Limousine) services and online system.•Knowledge of technology solutions for fleet management and optimization Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•With 2 years of experience as Fleet Operational Supervisor in the same field.•Know of Uber & Careem apps
