Junior Lawyer
Job Location : UAE
Duties:
• Legal contract drafting assistance.
• Drive and support a fully functioning Legal and Compliance department.
• Consult the senior management on a variety of legal matters as needed.
• Liaise with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, clients, and other law enforcement agencies.
• Control and implement a company’s policies.
• Providing advice on various financial issues, with particular emphasis on UAE law and regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of legal exposure to the legal system in the UAE.
• A mix of corporate law firm and inhouse experience.
• Some trade and product compliance experience.
