ARISE today comprises three separate companies, namely ARISE Ports & Logistics (P&L), ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP), and ARISE Infrastructure Services (IS).Experience: Minimum 4-5 years into Administrative profileFront Desk Operations:Warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their intended destination.Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.Administrative Support:Offer administrative assistance across departments, including organizing appointments and meetings.Keep contact lists, staff directories, and office records updated and organized.Manage visitor registration and issuance of badges while adhering to security procedures.Facilitate communication with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and deliveries.Communication and Coordination:Relay messages accurately and promptly to relevant parties.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and coordination.
