Job Title: Architectural BIM ModelerAbout the Role:Duncan & Ross is seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team in the Digital Engineering vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural projects, incorporating various elements and ensuring design specifications are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models and resolve design conflicts.Perform analyses and simulations using BIM models to assess building performance, energy efficiency, and other factors.Use BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to create, modify, and manage models, staying updated with new tools and techniques.Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, codes, and regulations.Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working in design consulting companies in the GCC, preferably in the UAE.Strong portfolio of BIM projects and proficiency in 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in model creation and documentation.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams.Ability to identify and resolve issues related to BIM models and design integration.Understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.What We Offer:Duncan & Ross offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
