Your warm and welcoming demeanor, along with your strong organizational and communication skills, will ensure that all visitors and callers receive a positive and professional experience.Role Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Manage the reception area to maintain a neat and organized appearance.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.Maintain a record of visitors and their purpose of visit.Provide general information to visitors and assist with inquiries.Administrative Support:Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Order and maintain office supplies and keep inventory records.Assist in organizing and maintaining meeting rooms.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a smooth office operation.Security and Access Control:Monitor and ensure that only authorized personnel enter the premises.Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.Report any security concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with employees, guests, and vendors.Relay messages and provide basic information to employees as needed.Assist with managing email and calendar appointments for executives, when necessary.Key Qualifications & Experience Required:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Fluency in written and spoken English
