Experience and knowledge of repair and maintenance of light & heavy machineries such as cars, generators, compressors, mobile cranes, truck/trailers and other heavy construction equipment with experience in Tower Crane maintenance, erection & dismantling activities.Monitor and Control the work done by technicians and performance of all jobs that enter the workshop (Daily repairs, Maintenance and preventive maintenance). Allocate proper resources for all required mechanical or electrical jobs (i.e. manpower, spare parts, tools, etc). Prepare and control daily progress summary reports and preventive maintenance plans.Works in a cost effective and efficient manner.Perform quality checks of defective equipment & vehicles after repair activities.Control safety and housekeeping at respective work areas.Estimate costs of parts and man hours to be consumed during scheduled maintenance.Requirements:Education – Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering discipline.Experience – 7+ years experience in similar capacity preferably in a construction company.Must be computer literate.
