Provide People services throughout the employee’s lifecycle which includes but not limited to: Onboarding/Off-boarding
•
Manage new hire onboarding and Visa formalities. Orienting and managing Induction of the new joiners to the organization
•
Issue necessary access cards to the new joiners and Facilitate IT systems for new joiners
•
Ensure documentation of entire Visa process and employee personnel file
•
Manage the entire Visa process with Coordination with the PRO and Corporate team
•
Maintain employee MIS
•
Designing employee engagement calendar -Organize events, Festive functions, monthly meets and celebrations
•
Ensure smooth exit of employees
•
Process Exit documentation and clearance form
•
Co-ordinate and conduct exit interviews
•
Co-ordination for Bank accounts, Insurance, PRO, IT, Onboarding, Payroll team and Corporate team.
