Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls in English Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Provide information to guests and employees Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Directors Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, faxing and photocopyingRequirements and Skills Bachelor’s degree will be preferred Fluent in English (spoken and written) Previous experience in a receptionist or PA role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment Exceptional organizational skills Hands on experience with office equipment.
