The person will join as a full-time employee of a newly established DMCC trading company with the key responsibilities as follow:1. Perform the overall HR duties management of the Company2. Administrate the Visa process requirements of the Company for all its staff in UAE and abroad3. Manage the health insurance cover for the Company4. Make pre-interviews, shortlist candidate and support the recruitment process together with the other management representatives of the Company5. Administrate the payroll of the company6. Effect all DMCC related tasks management7. Liaise with all authorities, ensure compliance with the various local requirements8. Represent the Company whenever required at meetings and ad-hoc assembly9. Manage the travel, hotels booking for the senior management staff of the Company10. Manage any other administrative request when it arisesThe person should have proven track record in HR management, interview process and payroll management of a Company. The candidate should have a professional English communication level. Any candidates without proving a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large company and demonstrating efficient language skills will not be considered.
