Remote Support provides remote support to diagnose, troubleshoot, fix issues and perform IMACD using remote takeover tools for end user services · Support software related issues for workstation users (Supported OS – Windows, iOS)
· support common printing, scanning related issues
· support email client configuration / issues
· provide basic support for application function/configuration
Mobile Device Support provide level support for mobile devices · handle common hardware/software/configuration for android / iOS phones and tablets
· manage and support company provides smart phones & IP phones
· provide basic support for BYOD devices
IMACD Services Coordinate and perform IMACD requests for end user services · build, install and uninstall software for End User devices with Customer provided configuration specifications;
· load and configure specified software standard products and licenses;
· prepare devices for shipment and liaise with authorized shipment company focal;
· inform asset management team for updating of asset register.
