Visa and onboarding formalities
1. Welcome new employees upon arrival and hand over the welcoming kit.
2. Contact the IT team for arranging hardware, software for new employee
works station and register to biometrics attendance machine.
3. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up the working
stations.
4. Ensure that new employee received appropriate introductory training.
5. Gather and process paperwork, like contracts, non-disclosure agreements
and personal information sheet.
6. Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the hiring and onboarding process.
7. Communicate with management regarding the successes and failures of the
hiring and on-boarding process.
8. Prepare an on-boarding monthly report and present at HR Meeting.
9. Conduct Induction training that includes company policies, work schedules,
dress codes, product & services, and company perks.
10. Monthly reports on new hire/resigned to payroll team.
11. Responsible for the entire visa application process for new employees,
employees’ contract for renewal, and cancellation.
12. Call and follow up the candidate status, for MOL Contract, Work permit, eVisa, ChanPge status, and visa stamping.
13. Schedule Visa Medical & EID Registration for HQ, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah,
and Logistics.
14. Arrange and coordinate the EID Biometric to all the J&T Branches and
Logistics.
15. Receive and issue original passports and Emirates ID to respective branches
and employees.
16. Collect all the pertinent documents for visa processing, Photo, Passport copy,
Old Visa, and attested documents.
17. Submit all required documents to the Public Relation Officer (PRO) including
candidate salary and benefits package.
18. Receive and submit signed MOHRE Contract and apply for work permit.
19. Schedule Visa Medical, EID Registration, Biometric and Tawjeeh Seminar to
complete the visa process.
20. Receive and issue original passports and Emirates ID to respective branches
and employees.
21. Process Business Visit Visa for J&T Employees when necessary.
22. Address new hires queries regarding contracts, visa process, employee
benefits and payroll.
