Document Controller

Job location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project leader in overseeing the project process of horizontal sales management and implementing effective project plan management, risk management, issue management, and change management.
• Coordinate daily project activities, ensure smooth project progress, optimize project processes, organize project meetings, coordinate project divisions, and manage problem follow-ups.
• Master the project management system and specifications, including milestone implementation requirements and process document implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with the project leader to use project management tools to manage tasks and monitor project progress.
• Manage GTM (Go-To-Market) project documents, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
• Collaborate with the project leader to compile statistics and release project management daily reports.
• Oversee project lifecycle management, maintain project progress information, monitor sales data, and manage delivery plans to ensure timely completion.
• Support the construction of a positive project atmosphere by actively contributing and maintaining records of rewards for team members.

Requirements:

• Project Assistant Experience.
• College degree or above, with no specific professional requirement.
• 2 years of work experience, preferably with office clerk and project management experience.
• Proficiency in using MS office and possessing data sensitivity.
• Strong time management skills, execution capabilities, and a drive to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, logical thinking, and strong coordination abilities.
