– Provide information about the lounge and its services.
– Manage reservations and room bookings.
– Handle check-in and check-out procedures for members.
– Assist in event and meeting preparations.
– Ensure cleanliness in reception and common areas.
– Handle payments, invoices, administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a receptionist.
– Friendly and professional demeanor.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Proficient in using reservation systems.nt.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Record-keeping abilities.
– Team player with a willingness to assist in daily lounge operation.
