1. Answering employee requests and questions.
2. Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes.
3. Conduct employee orientations and update records of new staffs.
4. Leave management & tracking.
5. Monitor employee absenteeism & update records.
6. Responsible for administrative tasks such as various letters, documents dispatching, data entry, training data entries, covid / vaccination related data, update employee folder.
7. Administering various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, long-term disability, etc.
8. Verifying attendance and updating payroll on time differences to payroll for deductions.
9. To manage free zone gate passes.
10. Maintain the HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
11. Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree or master’s with 2-3 years’ experience in HR.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic added advantage.
3. Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Good pressure handling.
6. Available immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED2,501.00 per month
