Job Purpose
The job purpose is to ensure the smooth function of the HR & Recruitment activities, onboarding, and compensation and benefits administration. To handle all systems and records of the HR & Recruitment process and to maintain the standards with regards to the recruitment and selection of quality AUE faculty and administration staff to the University standards. To provide support to faculty and employee relations, assisting the team with orientation and on boarding for new joiners. Responsible for generating spreadsheets, reports and providing administrative assistant related to HR functions.
