AMEPS Hiring for Finance Administrator/Trust Officer at Dubai Full Time

An independent international provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services is looking for a Finance Administrator/Trust Officer to join their expanding team in Dubai.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out day-to-day finance and administration tasks including billing, timely processing of payments, tax returns, accounts preparation, payroll, periodic reviews, renewals and any ad hoc requests by the manager.
• Assist senior team members with administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, maintaining of records.
• Document management and file maintenance, drafting of resolutions, minutes, meeting notes and corporate documents.
• Prepare forms for opening bank accounts and other entities and assist with compliance matters where necessary.
• Handle large volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environment in a scrupulously manner.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues both locally and internationally.
