£130,000 – £150,000

Who you’ll be working for:

My customer is looking for a globally experienced Transformation Director for Back Office Efficiencies to join their hugely successful and very well-established international travel business. With operations in over 120 countries and a significant head count within their numerous contact centres, they are driven by providing a dynamic, innovative, gratifying, service to their travel business partners and customers.

What you’ll do:

This international business has multiple locations globally including contact centres. As the Transformation Director for Back Office Efficiencies, UX (customer and colleague) will be at the forefront of your skills toolkit together with collaboration and change management. You will use your high level of competency and experience in these areas to define, implement and manage the back-office transformation programme for finance, contracting, data entry, mapping, contract loading, admin and customer service functions. This is a dynamic and disruptive, industry leader, so applying your knowledge of latest tech, AI and machine learning will also be required. Ultimately what you do will streamline back-office processes.
