DESCRIPTION We are a new team with an aim to introduce Low Cost Automation solution to MENA region. The right candidate will be a helping the Operations integration team in below activities :
1. Project administration:
a. PO/Vendor management, delivery tracking with vendors.
b. Support on the floor for Projects during the trials/pilot phase.
c. Data Recording for projects during trial/pilot phase ( through amazon portals, time motion studies).
d. Project updates and Office hours to different teams during roll out or pilot phase(when required only).
e. Push compliance for the trial/pilot phase for any new idea on the floor.
2. New Physical Lab testing equipment’s:
a. Leading the Lab equipment running
b. Owning the Equipment usage intake by other teams.
c. Expert in basic trouble shooting of equipments( training will be provided).
d. Responsible for any meeting, delegation coming to Lab (Basic settings of lab, updating the docs, projects in the lab, showing the lab around).
e. Should be able to train others.
f. Responsible for any new testing for site assessment tests.
Key job responsibilities
The right candidate will be a helping the Operations integration team in below activities :
1.Multiple Projects administration.
2. Physical testing of new equipment’s.
3. Connecting with new Vendor’s for equipment’s to create MENA’s Own vendor base
4. Lab coordinator for any internal or external visits.

right candidate has the ability to lead other technicians, project team members, design solutions for challenging problems, manage outside vendors, be on call for emergencies, to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tough time lines.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Dubai, ARE
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. STEM candidate
2. Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
3. Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English.
4. Ability to work shifts as and when required.
5. Project management experience
6. Basic understanding of automation, mechanical aspects.
7. Lean manufacturing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – MBA candidate
– Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and influence others on the team
– Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload
– Experience of multi-vendor management
– Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
– Leadership experience/aptitude, ability to mentor and develop training plans for other team members.
– Experience with packaging machines or conveyor systems.
– Ownership of test plan development
