We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. You will define and own the engagement strategy by deeply understanding the target population, creating targeted marketing strategies and executing regional marketing communications and events.

This position can be located in Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA

Key job responsibilities

• Responsible for engagement and regional marketing plans
• Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for MENA
• Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data
• Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators, developing mechanisms that provide actionable insights to audit and optimize engagement for our Delivery Partners
• Oversee the execution of regional marketing strategies for acquisition, including managing local marketing campaigns
• Manage regional marketing strategies for engagement, including regional events
• Test and learn to propose new concepts for regional rollout, provide input and thought leadership on new tool capabilities and enhancements
• Monitor Delivery Driver sentiment and act as the expert on their needs
• Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
• Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content
• Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution • Superior oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strength in data analytics, Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities under ambiguity • Strong analytical skills; can handle, synthesize and analyze large data sets, draw out and then communicate insights through concise, written documents
