DESCRIPTION
The Central MENA XCM (Cross Channel Cross Category Marketing) Team is seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and strategic Marketing Manager to take charge of planning and operations for upper and mid-funnel digital media campaigns. The main objective of this role is to build digital media strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement through well-executed campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and a proven track record in developing successful campaigns across multiple channels and their success will be measured based on media metrics, impact on business backwards from traffic short lifts and upper/mid-funnel metrics for customer acquisition and engagement.
Key job responsibilities
2) Drive upper and mid-funnel actions that lead to increased customer engagement and loyalty in alignment with overall digital marketing strategies.
3) Develop short-term traffic lift campaigns to drive sales during Events attributed to digital branding channels.
4) Embrace external trends and lead industry experimentation to drive innovation and build new digital marketing capabilities.
5) Build joint business partnerships (JBPs) with key partners to drive growth and increase digital brand visibility > callout key partners.
6) Drive experimentation to develop a playbook for building new capabilities and identifying new mid-funnel avenues.
7) Develop sub-channel investment and strategy to ensure optimal ROI for digital marketing spend.
8) Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital campaigns and initiatives with overall business goals.
9) Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to create engagement plans and programs.
10) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital campaign strategies are aligned, learning and insights are shared, and best practices are followed.
11) Evaluate digital campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. 12) Communicate campaigns performance and insights to senior leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 2+ years of working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience
- 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
