A&M is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a HR Operations Coordinator to be based in the Dubai office. You will be an integral part of the global People Operations team and work closely with the Director of People Operations, Senior People Operations Manager and the Operations team members in the Middle East, reporting into the Director of People Operations in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to get into HR to support the fast-growing region and work with more than 120 talented colleagues across the UAE and Saudi-Arabia.

The Role
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will join a global team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
You will be a key member of the People/HR Operations team for EMEA where you will contribute on day-to-day operations and provide key administrative support for all HR admin questions and needs (visa applications, letters, onboarding, benefits) for the Middle East Regions. This role requires you to work closely with the HR Business Partner and operations team in the Middle East as well as the wider TA & Operations teams based in Europe and US.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Dealing with queries from employees and line managers in a professional and timely manner
- Processing of employee work and business visa applications, renewals, and cancellation for all employees in a timely manner
- Preparing administrative letters such as No Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates, Bank Letters, Employee Certificates, etc. for employees
- Supporting the employee onboarding & offboarding processes
- Booking transport and accommodation for new joiners
- Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system
- Managing and updating HR Data: ensure that employee information is up to date in our HRIS (Workday) and personnel files
- Maintaining employee leave and training records
- Updating internal IT systems
The Requirements
We are looking for people who have:
- Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in business/management, human resources, organizational behaviour or similar disciplines is preferred but not essential
- experience in dealing with the UAE visa application process
- interest in a career in human resources
- relevant work experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment
- excellent people management and HR generalist skillset, considered a trusted and proactive BP by your internal clients
- sensitivity to/discretion in handling confidential information
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of a HR management system, ideally Workday
- hands-on, pragmatic, service orientated and proactive mindset
- absolute attention to detail & strong organisational skills, including a sense of accuracy
- fluency in English, both written and oral is essential, Arabic language skills are desirable
