We are in need of Accounts Receivable Officer.
Responsibilities:
– Generating invoices for products or services rendered to customers.
– Monitoring and tracking customer payments, including following up on overdue accounts.
– Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring that payments are accurately recorded and allocated.
– Investigating and resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to customer accounts.
– Communicating with customers regarding their accounts and payment status
– Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
Qualifications:
– Arabic speaking is a MUST
– Female is preferred but not required
– Degree in accounting, finance or any related field
– Experience working accounts receivable or similar role
– Managing multiple accounts and deadlines
– Able to communicate effectively
– Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant tools
