The successful candidate must have experience as an Architect and project coordinator working with Architects and Engineers with 5 years of experience managing key architectural projects in the Somalia, directing the work of the team, coordinating with consultants, managing workflow by all parties and managing the deliverables, timeline, project program, risk register and all matters related to project management in the design stage as well as managing the expectations of the client.
Architectural Degree and Experience is a must.
The successful candidate has to be willing to travel to Somalia .
REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience in architect and a project coordinator
– Experience working with international designers, engineers and contractors in design and construction phase
– Provide management and coordination of architecture and engineering services
– Responsible for the project scope, project program, project schedule with milestones, resources management, cost management, project quality management , project communication management , project risk management
SKILLS
– Experience in Tendering procedures, Bill of Quantities, Prequalification of Contractors & Sub‐contractors.
– Experience in Evaluation of bids, Contract Agreements, Conditions of Contract during design and Construction.
– Project Planning and Management based on PMP
– Project Management Softwares, like Primavera, Microsoft Project or others
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
– SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
