Job Description

A successful business consultancy with over thirty years of expertise in the UAE in advising international organizations; is hiring a Consultant for their Middle East office who will proactively identify Business Development opportunities for their target audience with the goal of securing new business revenue for the services.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities include:

• To secure new business for all services including, but not limited to, provision of a corporate partner, company formation (onshore, offshore, free zone and financial zone), (re) structuring, licensing, PRO/ visa processing, and compliance
• To self-generated leads for service lines across the Middle East that the organization operates in but with a particular focus on developing new business in KSA
• To develop a Business development plan for the markets that we serve (UAE, KSA, and Oman) and present to the Senior leadership
• Executes the tactics as set out in the Business development plan
• Lead a bi-weekly business development meeting updating the senior leadership on the deliverables Proposes business development solutions to increase the exposure of the organization to our target audience Brainstorming new ideas to penetrate our target audiences
• Achieves the new business revenue as set out in the business target across the Middle East Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners such as law firms, audit firms, business councils, private equity firms
• Seeks out new business revenue opportunities directly from the end user/ potential clients that have existing entities in the Middle East
• Manages and oversees the CRM ensuring the sales and BD data is up to date and accurate at all times Work closely with colleagues to develop presentations to target audiences ensuring they demonstrate our USPs and differentiators
• Maintains and manages a robust pipeline of work
• Track sales performance and reports to the senior leadership team on a monthly basis Attend events to seek out new business development opportunities
• Works in accordance with the organization’s code
• To reflect the organization’s brand in all correspondence and meetings with clients and partners

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience, ideally in the Legal or Corporate Services sector
• A dedicated, passionate and results driven individual who can develop a plan and execute effectively
• A proven track record in consultative selling and meeting targets
• Demonstrable a proven track record in business development and sales
• Proficient in all IT tools required to complete the role efficiently and effectively
