Job brief – Executive AssistantWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities· Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls and client management· Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management. · Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner· Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, etc.· Provide administrative and office support, · Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials· Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site· Make travel and accommodation arrangements· Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports· Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports· Take minutes during meetings· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceRequirements and skills· Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.· High School degree· Excellent knowledge in MS Office. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects· Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems· Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges· Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees· PA diploma or certification is a plus# Immediately Join # Urgent Hiring
