ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for the company and expected always to promote the professional image of the company.Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing necessary information courteously and accurately while being mindful of confidentiality and data protection.Sort and distribute daily posts, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.Utilize the meeting room booking tool to manage reservations effectively, resolving conflicts promptly.Ensure the reception / front desk area is organized, and presentable at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.QualificationsGraduate of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.At least 2 years experience in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication both in Arabic and English language.Excellent customer service mindset and has ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritization skills to meet daily deliverablesPreferably Emirati national candidates
