A car wash attendant typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Washing vehicles using brushes, sponges, or other tools to remove dirt and debris from the paint work or interior surfaces
Cleaning windows inside and out using a variety of cleaning products
Scrubbing tires with brushes to remove dirt and grease
Vacuuming interiors using special tools to reach difficult spots
Cleaning wheels and wheel wells with brushes, soap, or detergent solution
Cleaning and polishing chrome parts on vehicles using specialized products
Cleaning headlight covers, tail lights, bumpers, and other parts using a variety of chemicals
Cleaning doorjambs and seams with brushes or sponges and soap solutions
Parking vehicles in designated spots after they have been washed to ensure that they do not get scratched or dented by other vehicles
