Job Description

– Create tailored care plans based on thorough patient assessments.
– As directed by doctors, administer drugs, treatments, and therapies.
– Keep track of the patient’s vital signs and response to treatments, and act quickly as needed.
– To organize patient care, work with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
– Provide information about treatment strategies, preventive care, and health management to patients and their families.
– Keep patient records and medical paperwork accurate and up to date.
– Ensure adherence to the rules, guidelines, and regulations set for nursing.
– Effective emergency response and patient stabilization are required.
– Support patients and their families emotionally and on their behalf.

Candidate Requirements

– Registered nurse (RN) license in UAE that is current and unrestricted.
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a comparable qualification from a recognized nursing course.
– 2 years’ minimum experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting.
– Thorough understanding of medical processes, terminology, and best practices.
– The ability to connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with grace and effectiveness.
– Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
– Capacity to manage several tasks and prioritize them in a hectic atmosphere.
