About The Role

The role of CRM Assistant provides HTML and CSS development and implementation of email and event templates to be used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As an Email Campaign developer, you will be responsible for creating emails using content builder in SFMC and delivery of email deployment across CRM and the multi brands that we support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Code responsive text and image-based emails for various promotional, life-cycle, and transactional campaigns using the latest HTML and CSS email oriented best practices – with a focus on code reusability
• Design and develop web-based components in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript from the ground up
• Accept creative (PSD, PDF, InDesign, JPG) files and then builds, QAs and delivers coded emails and push graphics using existing and new HTML templates
• Effectively use existing HTML email layout templates for maximum efficiency and timeliness and develop new templates as per industry trends and standards
• Create HTML email campaigns and email newsletters for internal and external communications
• Edit and update web content within several content management systems, static HTML sites
• Build, QA, and deliver HTML templates
• Test renderings across multiple email clients and ISPs (Outlook, Google, Hotmail, ) and ensure messages are mobile friendly
• Recommend opportunities to optimize email creative and campaigns based on results of executed emails (e.g., open rates, click-thru rates) and email marketing best practices

About You

Basic knowledge of HTML will assist in custom coding.
