We are seeking a Help Desk Coordinator with a focus on logistics operations to join our Dubai based logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery operations, managing customer complaints, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing various administrative tasks to uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities· Develop and maintain an efficient delivery schedule plan to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.· Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related customer complaints and delivery issues, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address concerns promptly and effectively.· Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate returns and manage reverse logistics processes efficiently.· Generate various reports including daily dispatch reports, delivery efficiency reports, and customer service reports utilizing SAP software. Ensure accurate documentation of all logistics-related activities.· Facilitate communication and coordination between delivery drivers and sales representatives to ensure smooth delivery operations and timely processing of invoices.· Prepare necessary gate passes to streamline the movement of goods in and out of the facility.· Monitor and maintain records of vehicle permissions and licenses (Mulkiya) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.· Regularly check and monitor the GPS tracking systems of delivery vehicles to optimize routing and ensure on-time deliveries.· Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.· Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a coordination or help desk role.· Proficiency in SAP software for report generation and documentation.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.· Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.· Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to logistics operations is a plus.· Experience in FMCG Industry would be an advantage.Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our logistics operations by ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
