Travel Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
• Coordinating with Travel agents for three quotation within minimum lead time and ensuring the tickets are booked as per approved budget by management in line with Roster
• Informing the employees on their flight schedule, issuing ticket, arranging transportation and keep informed their Project coordinator, and other team etc.
• Excellent decision making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal
• Preparing and updating employee Master Ticket booking tracker which gives complete information of employee Leave history, Date of travel, Name of Agent, To and fro details, Leave approver name etc.
• Submitting Monthly reports to Operations Supervisor/Manager
• Being the onepoint contact person for Ticket booking and being first line support for Project lead and employees
• Providing employee information as per passport as given name, family name/fathers name for ticket booking
• Ensure all booking happening as per approved plan and procedures are followed as per company Policy without any exception.
• Regular updation of employee’s rotation, Annual Leave, Sick Leave and unpaid leaves regularly in HRIS software/system
Education and Experience:
• Graduate with relevant Qualification in Travel
• 7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality and accuracy
• Ability to work under stress and tight day to day assigned schedule
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making skills
