Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention form corporate houses while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies to penetrate and acquire customers from the market by identifying top corporate houses (Trade Remittances & WPS) as well as cross sell remittances
- Responsible for developing and implementing business plan for growing the business from the customer segment in UAE. Ensuring driving revenue/volume from the segment and contributing to business
- Responsible to lead, mentor and guide the Sales team for increasing high volume transaction business, wealth management, corporate business, WPS, to ensure achievement of volume/revenue target
- Establish strategic alliances and tie ups with different business partners associations to enhance business for the customer segment
- Responsible to maximize productivity and efficiency from the team
- Responsible to coach, guide and motivate the team
- Responsible to identify the training needs of the individual employees and recommending up skilling of the employee
- Responsible to encourage formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to optimize the performance of subordinates and the department
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing
- Good analytical decision making ability with a proven leadership quality
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive and self – motivated
- Highly reliable and ethical, respecting customers’ confidentiality
- Ability to explain complex information into simple terms
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Ability to manage diverse group of Relationship Managers
- Good knowledge on MS Office Applications
Experience
- Relevant experience of 8-10 years in corporate business, wealth management, relationship management with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent planning skills
- Possess good verbal & written English language communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing skills and negotiating skills
- Excellent customer service skills
