The Data Entry Operator Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data within the organization’s systems and databases. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
❖ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
❖ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
❖ Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
❖ Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security.
❖ Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data.
❖ Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
